Random journaling about life, the art of knitting, and my occassional creative endeavours in writing with light (photography).

I got my Ram Wools catalogue in the mail today. In case you didn't know, I've only been knitting for a couple months and my biggest accomplishments have been knitted and felted bags. A cropped Lopi hooded jacket has caught my eye and I'm wondering if I'm up for it. Its classified as "Easy". I'm sure that's a relative term. If I can convince hubby to buy it for me, I might give it a shot:

it doesn't look too hard just follow the instructions closely & ask for help when you need it!

Thanks kat and janice!!! You guys sure are encouraging. Even if I only got to wear it for the last month of winter, it would sure feel good to accomplish something like that.

Oh, you're definitely up to it! You know, knitting is a continuing learning process - you need to dare a lot, you might fail a couple of times, but each time you'll learn more and get more experienced. And looking at this sweater, I think it won't give you too many troubles - and if it does, just give us a holler - there's heaps of knitters out here willing to help! Go for it!
