Finally fixed my Fair Isle bag...

I don't remember if I posted a picture of this Fair Isle bag with it's borrowed blue handles.

I finally made a coordinating grey i-cord strap yesterday and felted it this afternoon. It looks pretty good.

Fair Isle is very time consuming, but the end result is really worth it.

Heidi,
Your bag is so amazing. Kind of missing those blue straps tho...:-)
Loved all your other bags as well. Would be happy to send you my address if your daughter 'rejects' any of the 'rejects'!!

LOL!! My hubby has scammed some of my rejects for Christmas gifts for his family. I think he's crazy, but then I'm also my worst critic. Aren't we all!

The bag looks awesome! I haven't tried anything fair isle yet, but it's on my To Do list.

Thanks Kat and Shelley. Yes, I've done a few other Fair Isle bags, but this one took the most time.

Wow that's incredible! I'm so impressed. What was the pattern you used? It was well worth the time.

Thanks Allison. The pattern is from my "vast" collection of free motifs etc. that I've printed off the internet. I especially love one site that will turn a picture into a chart...but I can never keep track of the site's URL!
