I log the cloggs. who did you knit them?
Thanks. I used Fiber Trends pattern for Felted Clogs. I'm wearing my hubby's right now, while he's at work....I need to make myself a pair of these babies!
I love this pattern and have made several sets myself--yours are terrific! Last winter, I made a pair for each of my niece's children (toddlers at the time). We had great fun together watching the "magic" when felting them.
oh, those turned out wonderfully! makes me want to cast on for another, non-boring, pair! Hmmm... maybe I should quit coming up with ideas for myself and be thinking about gifts? Nahhhh :-)
LOL!! My problem is the opposite, hubby and daughter now have clogs, and mamma doesn't! Gotta hit the LYS to get me some Lopi!
The clogs look great! I love the colours chosen too. How do you know when to stop felting...I mean I know you have to check, but how do you decide when they are the right size? My luck would have it that I would end up making them too big or too little...
Hi Shelley. Felting the clogs can be a bit tricky. My hubby's clog have a date with the washing machine because they are still a little too big. When felting, I just keep checking them, and have the person put a grocery bag on their foot and slide the clog on. Then I decide if it needs more felting or not.
absolutely precious. Love the Sasquatch version too!
Love the pink and red combination. I've always wanted to try felting... thanks for the inspiration.

They turned out great. I love the colors.
Heidi,
The clogs look great felted! Have you started yours yet?? All my friends from this past weekend wanted a pair... (they all wanted bags as well..lol!) Someday maybe.....
Janice, I have yet to start clogs for myself, boo hoo! I need to buy some wool first even though I'm tempted to use wool from my stash. If I'm going to make myself a pair, I might as well treat myself to colours chosen just for the project!
